Team Registration Information

Team Registrations are NOT COMPLETE until payment is received.

Attention All Teams

Please review the following regarding NYSSO team registration and payments.

  1. Many of district business offices have been sending purchase orders as registration payments. We do not accept purchase orders.
  2. Many registration payments are being sent without the required registration form that is emailed to teams once registration is submitted through Ezra.

Registration for the NYSSO tournament season will be on Ezra this year.

Creating an Ezra Account (School)

Teams must create a school account with Ezra first before they can register for NYSSO.   Teams can access the page here, or click the link below :

Once a team has created their school account on Ezra, they can sign in to their account by using their email address and password.  Teams should please make sure all their information is updated prior to submitting their team registration(s) for the tournament year.

Step 1: CREATING YOUR SCHOOL ACCOUNT

  1. Click “Register” in the top-right of the page, then click on “School“.
  2. Fill out all of the required fields that appear on the screen.
  3. Click “Submit”.
  4. You will be logged into your account upon successful creation of your school account.

Step 2: REGISTERING TEAMS

  1. Click on “School Control Panel” on the top of the page, click on “Teams” on the top of the page, then click “Add New Team” in the top right of the page.
  2. Enter information on Coach #1 for your team. If you do not have Coach #2 or a team captain, or wish to fill in their information later, you can leave it blank for now. You need to enter in at least the information about Coach #1.
  3. Click “Submit”.
  4. You should see the information on your brand new team upon successful creation of your team.
  5. Repeat steps 1 through 4 for every team you need to create.

Step 3: REGISTERING FOR A TOURNAMENT

  1. Find the tournament you wish to register for by clicking “Tournaments” and clicking on the tournament you wish to.
  2. If registration for the tournament is open, click “Register Now” at the bottom of the page.
  3. Depending on the tournament, you may be asked a series of questions specific to that tournament. If not, you will only see a dropdown asking you which of your teams you want to register with this tournament. If you are unsure about registering a team, you can always come back and register it later (or you can delete it if necessary).
  4. Click “Register”.
  5. You will receive a confirmation email confirming your registration.
 Print out a copy of the received email.

Purchase Orders Will Not Be Accepted For Registration Payment.
Deadline For Regional Tournament Medal Count Will Be On December 15th.
Deadline For All Team Registrations Will Be On December 31st.
